- Any additional documents or information reasonably required to verify your identity, age, or source of funds.
User Obligations

- Compliance with Laws: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Website complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including tax obligations and foreign exchange restrictions. The Operator does not provide legal or tax advice and does not accept any responsibility for your compliance with local laws.
Betting & Gameplay Rules
General Betting Principles
- Game Rules: Each game available on the Website is governed by specific rules displayed within the game interface or in the "Help" or "Information" sections. By placing a Bet, you agree to be bound by the rules applicable to that game in addition to these Terms.
- Minimum and Maximum Bets: The minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by game and may be displayed in the game interface. The Operator may adjust minimum and maximum bet limits at any time without prior notice, provided that any change shall not affect Bets already placed.
- Bet Confirmation: A Bet is considered accepted once it is processed by the Operator's servers and reflected in your Account balance and bet history. If a discrepancy arises between your on-screen display and the Operator's records, the Operator's server records shall prevail, subject to the Provably Fair Policy and applicable law.
- Currency and Crypto: Bets may be placed in supported fiat currencies, cryptocurrencies, or other digital assets as made available on the Website. The Operator may convert cryptocurrencies to an internal accounting currency for settlement and display purposes using an exchange rate determined at the time of the transaction.
Cancellation and Modification of Bets
- No Player Cancellations After Acceptance: Once a Bet has been accepted by the Operator's systems, it cannot be cancelled, withdrawn, or changed by the Player, except where such cancellation is explicitly enabled within a specific product or where required by law.
- Operator Errors: In the event of any obvious error, including but not limited to:
- Incorrect game configuration or incorrect odds;
- Miscredited stakes or winnings;
- Technical or human error leading to an incorrect result or settlement;
- Technical Malfunctions: If a game round is interrupted or disconnected due to technical failure of the Operator's or a third-party provider's systems, the result of the game as recorded on the Operator's servers will prevail. If the game cannot be resumed or the result cannot be established with certainty, the Operator may void the affected Bet and refund the stake to the Player's Account.
Conduct in Live Casino, Chats and Community Features
- Respectful Behaviour: In live casino games, chat rooms, and any social or community features, Players must behave respectfully and must not engage in:
- Insults, threats, harassment, or discriminatory language;
- Promotion of violence, hate speech, or unlawful activities;
- Spamming, advertising, or promoting third-party services or competing platforms.
- Prohibition of Fraud and Collusion: Players must not:
- Collude with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;
- Use multiple Accounts or proxy users in a single game;
- Exploit any bug, loophole, or system error to manipulate game outcomes or bonus conditions.
- Content Moderation: The Operator may monitor, moderate, edit, or remove chat messages and user-generated content at its discretion to enforce these rules and comply with applicable laws and regulatory obligations.
Bonus Terms
General Bonus Conditions
- Bonus Offers: From time to time, the Operator may offer Bonuses or promotions on 500-aussie.com. Each Bonus is governed by:
- These Terms; and
- Specific promotional terms communicated on the Website at the time of the offer ("Bonus Rules").
- Eligibility: Bonuses may be limited by jurisdiction, user segment, payment method, or other criteria. The Operator may exclude Players located in or associated with Restricted Jurisdictions, including Australia, from specific promotions where legally required.
- Abuse Prevention: The Operator reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any Bonus (and associated winnings) if it reasonably suspects:
- Bonus abuse (e.g., multiple Accounts, self-referral, deliberately low-risk betting patterns);
- Use of VPN or IP masking to bypass geographic restrictions related to a promotion;
- Violation of any provision of these Terms or the Bonus Rules.
Bonus Activation and Wagering Requirements
- Activation: Bonuses may be credited automatically upon qualifying deposits or actions, or may require manual opt-in, a bonus code, or selection from the promotions page. Conditions such as minimum deposit amounts, eligible payment methods, or time-limited availability will be specified in the Bonus Rules.
- Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them are subject to wagering requirements. Typical wagering mechanics include:
- A specified multiple of the Bonus amount and/or deposit amount (e.g., 30x Bonus);
- Completion of wagering within a defined timeframe (e.g., within 30 days of Bonus activation and in any case not beyond 31 December 2026 for time-limited offers);
- Restrictions on maximum bet per spin/round while wagering is in progress (e.g., a maximum bet cap), where applicable.
- Separate Balances and Order of Play: The Operator may maintain separate balances for Real Money and Bonus Funds. Unless otherwise specified:
- Real Money may be used before Bonus Funds; and
- Only wagers placed with Bonus Funds (or, where applicable, mixed bets) may count towards wagering requirements.
- Failure to Meet Requirements: If wagering requirements are not met within the stipulated timeframe, Bonus Funds and any associated winnings that have not been converted to Real Money may be forfeited.
Prohibited Games and Actions
- Game Restrictions: Certain games or categories may be excluded from contributing to wagering requirements or may contribute at a reduced percentage (e.g., table games, live casino, or specific slots). The contribution rates or exclusions will be set out in the Bonus Rules or general bonus policy on the Website.
- Prohibited Betting Patterns: To prevent abuse, the following may be considered prohibited while a Bonus is active:
- Placing single large bets that exceed the maximum bonus bet cap (if applicable), then reducing stake size;
- Placing zero or very low-risk bets, such as betting simultaneously on red and black or covering most outcomes;
- Deliberately accumulating "locked value" in games and subsequently releasing it with real money bets after Bonus wagering is completed.
Combining Promotions
- No Stacking Unless Permitted: Unless explicitly allowed in the Bonus Rules, Bonuses cannot be combined or "stacked." Only one active welcome bonus or deposit bonus may apply to a deposit or betting session at any time.
- Changes and Withdrawal of Offers: The Operator may modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at its discretion for regulatory, technical, or operational reasons. However, such changes shall not adversely affect Bonuses already accepted and active by Players, except where required by law or necessary to address manifest error, fraud, or abuse.
Payments & Withdrawals
Deposits
- Payment Methods: The Website may support various deposit methods, including:
- Bank cards (debit/credit) via approved processors;
- E-wallets and online payment services;
- Cryptocurrencies and digital assets accepted by the Operator; and
- Other local or international payment solutions made available from time to time.
- Limits and Fees: Minimum and maximum deposit amounts, together with any applicable fees or currency conversion charges, will be displayed in the cashier section of the Website. The Operator generally does not charge deposit fees but reserves the right to do so or pass on third-party costs where reasonable, in which case such fees will be disclosed before you confirm the transaction.
- Processing Times: Deposits are usually processed instantly, but delays may occur due to banking, blockchain network congestion, or security reviews. The Operator is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or external systems.
- Source of Funds: You must only use payment methods that are registered in your own name and for which you are the lawful owner. The Operator may request documentation to verify ownership of a payment method. Use of third-party payment instruments without authorization is strictly prohibited.
Withdrawals
- General Conditions: Subject to successful KYC verification and compliance with these Terms, you may request withdrawals from your Real Money Balance using the methods available in the cashier. The Operator aims to process withdrawal requests within a commercially reasonable period, typically within 1 - 5 Business Days, excluding any additional time required by payment providers or blockchain confirmations.
- Withdrawal Limits: The Operator may apply minimum and maximum withdrawal limits per transaction, day, week, or month, as indicated on the Website. Large withdrawals may be processed in instalments where necessary for security, AML compliance, or technical reasons.
- Verification and Security Checks: The Operator may require KYC and AML checks before approving withdrawals, particularly upon:
- Cumulative withdrawals exceeding internal thresholds;
- Use of certain payment methods or cryptocurrencies; or
- Indicators of unusual or suspicious activity.
- Return to Original Method: Where possible and practical, withdrawals will be processed back to the same method used for deposit (or to a method reasonably linked to it), in accordance with AML/CTF requirements and payment provider rules.
- Fees and Currency Conversion: The Operator may pass on reasonable withdrawal processing fees or currency conversion costs charged by third-party providers. Any such fees will be disclosed or reasonably indicated prior to confirming the withdrawal.
Refunds and Reversals
- Refunds of Deposits and Bets: The Operator is generally under no obligation to refund any validly placed Bets or deposits once completed. Refunds or reversals may be granted at the Operator's discretion in clearly justified circumstances, such as:
- Duplicate transactions resulting from technical error;
- Confirmed malfunction leading to mis-settled games where stake refund is appropriate;
- Regulatory or legal requirements compelling refunds.
- Chargebacks: You must not initiate chargebacks or reversals with your payment provider without first contacting the Operator to attempt to resolve the issue. Unjustified chargebacks may lead to:
- Account suspension or closure;
- Recovery of withdrawn amounts and costs incurred;
- Reporting of fraudulent activity to relevant financial institutions or authorities.
- Bonus-Related Refunds: If a refund is issued for a transaction associated with a Bonus, the Operator may also cancel or adjust the related Bonus and associated winnings to reflect the corrected deposit or betting activity.
Limitation of Liability
Operator's Obligations and Fairness
- Fair Gaming: The Operator undertakes to provide gaming services that are fair, transparent, and in accordance with its Curaçao license no. 8048/JAZ2021-088. The fairness and randomness of games are supported by technical measures described in the Provably Fair Policy accessible at https://500.casino/fairness, which is incorporated by reference to the extent applicable to 500-aussie.com.
- Accuracy of Results: The Operator uses reasonable efforts to ensure that game results and Account balances are correctly recorded and displayed. In the event of any discrepancy due to technical or human error, the Operator's internal logs and transaction records shall be the primary evidence of the actual transactions and outcomes, subject to applicable law and technical verification.
Exclusions of Liability
- Technical Failures and Interruptions: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience resulting directly or indirectly from:
- Interruptions, delays, or failures of telecommunications, internet connectivity, or data transmission;

The Operator disclaims any liability for your unlawful use of the Services, including if you access the Website from Australia or another Restricted Jurisdiction contrary to local law.
Limitation of Maximum Compensation
- Cap on Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website or Services, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, shall not exceed:
- The amount of the contested Bet; or
- Where multiple Bets are affected by the same incident, the total amount of stakes placed by you on the affected Bets during the relevant period,
- Excluded Damages: In no event shall the Operator be liable for:
- Indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive, or special damages;
- Loss of profits, business, revenue, contracts, or anticipated savings;
- Loss of goodwill or reputation; or
- Losses arising from your failure to secure your Account or comply with these Terms.
